• Simply email us their/your story and our review board will select recipients each month up to July 1, 2011.
• Nominations must be received by the 15th of each month to be eligible in that's month selection.
• Winning recipient's can only be awarded one entry.
• The board has the right to refuse any submission.
• We strongly encourage repeat submissions if your nominee was not selected the previous month.
